Hello! Ummm, where to start? Well my name is Mat and I live in Brighton (UK) I’ve been running properly for about a year (I don’t count running on a treadmill as running!) and I’ve had my Nike+ since January and I’m loving it. The combination of gadget and stats appeals to my inner geek.
I’ve been looking for a while for Nike+ blogs but have so far not come up with much so the idea here is to bring together all the various hacks and bits of news there are dotted around the web into one place.
